Return & Exchange

Each piece at LUMI is selected with care, and we hope you’re happy with your purchase. While we don’t offer refunds, we do accept exchanges or offer store credit if you reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • We are unable to offer price adjustments on past purchases.

Proof of purchase is required for all requests. If you’d like to start an exchange, please email us first at hello@lumi.glass.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.

  • Within Canada: We recommend using Canada Post or any reliable courier.

  • From the U.S.: You may use USPS, UPS, or DHL — whichever is most convenient for you.

Please use a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order is already in transit, you’ll be responsible for returning it to us once it arrives.
